1. Data controller
The data controller is Jevgenijs Kopilovs, trading as Nyvexo, registered with VID as a self-employed person. Contact for data protection matters: jevgenij@nyvexo.lv.
2. What data we process
By completing the request form on the Website, we receive the name, contact details (email and/or phone), and message content you provide. We also automatically receive technical data about your visit (IP address, browser type) from our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and site-operation purposes; no separate marketing analytics is used on the Website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to respond to your request and, once agreed, to deliver services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent given by submitting the form, and Art. 6(1)(b) — steps taken prior to, and performance of, a contract). For accounting purposes, data may be processed to comply with a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Retention period
Request data is kept for as long as needed for correspondence, and, where a contract is signed, for the retention period required for accounting records under Latvian law.
5. Sharing data with third parties
The Website's request form is delivered using the email service Zoho Mail, which sends your submission as an email to jevgenij@nyvexo.lv. For accounting purposes, data may be shared with an accountant or bookkeeping service. Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies
The Website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing. Only strictly necessary technical cookies and similar technologies (localStorage) may be used for the Website to function — for example, to remember your choice in the cookie consent banner.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, to object to processing, or to request data portability — by writing to jevgenij@nyvexo.lv. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Latvia's Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv) if you believe your rights have been violated.
8. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated — the current version is always available on this page.
